Where's my stuff?

Every order gets a confirmation email the moment it's placed, and a second email with a tracking link the moment it ships. Check your spam folder before you assume we ghosted you. That's usually where it went.

The timeline

1–3 business days — we make it. Everything is printed to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting on you.

3–7 business days — it ships (US). International runs longer.

Tracking can sit on “label created” for a day or two before the carrier scans it in. That's normal. Nothing is wrong.

No email?

Search your inbox for wilinworld. Still nothing? Email contact@wilinworld.net with the name and email address you ordered under and we'll pull it up.

Something's wrong with it

Wrong size, wrong item, damaged on the way — email us within 30 days of delivery. Unworn, tags on. We'll sort it out.
